Everyone likes a nice crisp salad, and we offer the selection below to complement our buffets and bbq.  Everything here tastes jolly good either as a dish in its own right or as an accompaniment to our other menus.  In season we source all our green leaf in Scotland, we think local leaves are truly delicious.
