To begin

  • Our own recipe hot smoked Scottish salmon with dressed watercress salad, horseradish creme fraiche
  • Caramelised onion, rosemary and feta tart
  • Cream of leek and potato soup
  • Prosciutto and grilled peach salad
  • Chicken liver parfait on toasted sourdough with dressed leaves and mixed fruit chutney 
  • Wooden platters per table with dips, roasted vegetables, cured meats, cheeses and crudités

Main Courses

  • Roast sirloin of Scottish beef, yorkshire pudding, goose fat roast potatoes, red wine jus
  • Fillet of sole paupiette, crushed new potatoes
  • Beef bourguignon, dauphinoise potatoes, petit pois a la francaise
  • Chicken supremes wild mushrooms, bacon lardons, steamed new potatoes, accompanying vegetables
  • Bangers and mash, splendid onion gravy, homemade fruit chutney for the table
  • Canon of lamb, redcurrant jus, potato stacks
  • Fillet of beef on polenta cake with salsa verde
  • Pork loin stuffed with pistachios and apricots, wrapped in Parma ham

To Finish

  • Raspberry Trifle

  • Or our own favourite – a dessert trio

This will be served with coffee or peppermint tea and petit fours

Alternatively to dessert we can provide a cheese 'cake' which makes a great centrepiece.
